separate shootings, two people shot at seminary avenue and at making avenue, that is where there was another shooting. the first one was at 11:30 p.m. in the 3600 block of seminary. after those three adults were shot and it's taken to the hospital there was another shooting in its 200 block of making road. will tran and is there live to talk more about what happened. >>will: the boy was sleeping in his room, right next to his older brother when shots rang out. if behind me, you can see several of the shots peers about wall. according to the family they counted at least 16 or 17 shots here is a video that we got. we will give you a tour of the house. luis antonio is the 11 year-old, he sleeps in the back bedroom, he sleeps right next to his brother, but he is next to the wall. for the bullets to a region,
it had to pass through several walls and ultimately hit him in one of his lungs. initially, no one knew that he was hit. the family will come up and went around the house to investigate after they heard what they thought were fireworks. there were bullets. they went around checking things out and all the sudden he came out of the room and that is what he had a bloody t-shirt. we spoke with his 16 year old brother and here is what he had to say. >> i saw my brother coming in with blood. he was still conscious and did not know what was going on. when the ambulance came, he
calmed down. >>will: the older brother tells me that they were doing their best to keep them away, he was not initially in pain after a few moments his stomach was hurting. what he was taken to hospital, it seems that he was still conscious. he is at oakland's children hospital. he says his younger brother has gone through three surgeries already. according to an uncle at a hospital, he called back to the family members to say that his nephew should be fine and should survive the injuries. at this point, they do not have a motive or any suspects. >>will: there are eight people who live at this small house. there were bound beds but apparently, they share the bottom bunk bed.
>> and martinez, a driver crashed into a gas pump station that sparked a pretty intense fire. jackie sissel is live on the scene. >>jackie: the damage is pretty extensive. you can see the board, right there and the caution tape that remains at the flex oil gas station. a scary situation. a frightening situation out here yesterday given the time of day and the fact that there were people filling up when this happens. let's go to this witness video that was pulled off of you to
to describe what happened. around 5:30 p.m., a chevy cavalier somehow plowed into one of these bombs. it is unclear what happened. he may have been backing into the spot and that is what he hit the accelerator knocking the pump out. at that point, the entire gas station went up in flames. there were three or four cars filling up at the time. there were two cars completely incinerated. the good is is no one was hurt.

a worker stabbed a co-worker to death this morning. there was some sort of altercation between it is. one of them stabbed the other and the victim died. will continue to follow that as more information comes in. >> in the bay area, a gas station in martina's blows into flames as a driver crashes his car into a gas pump. >>darya: the mayor of vallejo is issuing a special request after an officer involved shooting left a young man dead and the the community in the up for. there were nearly 30 shots fired into the car of the mario romero. police say that he was getting out of the car and holding a gun

the caution tape is still up and you can see the damage. given the circumstances, it is amazing that no one was hurt. let's take a look at the amazing video that was shot by a witness. a chevy cavalier may have hit the gas instead of the greeks and hits a pocket. the entire gas station went up in flames. one witness said she heard the explosion, all and all three cars were completely damaged. the gas station attendant was able to turn off the emergency shutoff valve, so the fire did not get any bigger. the good news is that no one was hurt. not even the driver of the cavalier. officials and martinez said
the driver is cooperating and no charges have been pressed against him at this point. >>james: and another part of the east bay, police are investigating two shooting says that a total of 04 people to the hospital. here are the locations of the two shootings. the first happened late last night. will tran has been monitoring the situation live.

this central florida man made a daring rescue after his dog was attacked by 7 ft. alligator the alligator did not get disrupted. he was trimming his old tree on friday. his dog got too close to the water. he jumped in belly flopping on top of the alligator and grabbed a held to the back of its legs. the gators nabbed at his hands but he was able to get away. the gator was trapped and killed two days later. >>james: coming up at 9:00 a.m. , two over my sheetings cent for people hospital including an 11 year-old boy.

gas station this morning. >> given the time of day, it is amazing that no one was hurt let's take a look at some of the witness video. this happened around 5:30 p.m.. a chevy cavalier was apparently trying to pull into the gas station in that somehow hit the gas instead of the break plowing into the pond itself. at that point, everything exploded. one witness said she saw what happened and less to the scene on foot. all in all not only was the setting cavalier destroyed, but two other cars were destroyed. because of the good work of the gas station attendant, the rest out and turn of the emergency shutoff valve.
